At National Treatment Transport, we approach every transport from a de-escalation standpoint. We treat each client with the respect they deserve. Our goal is for every adolescent transport to turn into a positive therapeutic experience, aiding the adolescent on their own path of healing rather than becoming another obstacle. We aim to connect and relate to each client through our own personal recovery stories, rather than intimidate or punish.
We want families and their loved ones to get the help they need and deserve, and we facilitate the vital first intervention and passage for teens and young adults to get into treatment and into recovery.
The team who drove my child for 17 hours were a critical part for her healing to begin. I can’t imagine this “job” isn’t a true calling for Charlie and his employees . I understand from being a nurse that sometimes there’s not enough incentive in the world to feel like you can continue to do something as difficult and important as what they do. I just want to express as much as I can that a simple thank you will never be enough. God sent this team directly to my daughter and I.
